yea, if you got a tint ticket ticket and paid like $75 or 100, then you dont have to take off your tint. if you get pulled over and get another one, u just have to pay $75 or 100 again over and over again. but if you ever get a fix up ticket, then you have to take it off or it'll be towed away.

So all I do to take care of my fix-it ticket is to go to the nearest police station and pay them to inspect my vehicle and in return they give me a paper saying that I fixed it and then I send that to the court? Am I undderstanding that right?

Pretty much, but just make sure you "fix" it before you go to the police station....

I think we should invent a new hack.

With a push of a button, you can make the windows only roll down and don't roll up.

So when the cops ask you to roll up the windows, you can demonstrate to them that the windows can only roll down.

Example, when a cop asks you to roll up your front windows, turn on the hack and tell them the windows are broken. Then show them by roll down your rear windows a little bit and ask the cop to try to roll up the window himself/herself. Then tell the cops that you are on your way to a dealership to fix it (or some other lies that you can come up with).

So anyone who's good with electronic? Let's try to do this !!!

There's a better one... Keep some halloween blood capsules in your visor or within reach (the type you put in your mouth to look like a vampire).

Snap em when you get pulled over and then explain to the officer that you are on your way to the dentist or emergency room.

The "my girlfriend's having a baby" works prettty good too. I've actually gotten a police escort to the hospital.

P.S. She wasn't really having a baby...... Little detour for the evening but it saved me a couple hundred bucks.

The cop will never believe it. If you are going to mod, get creative!

The answer: dual windows. When the cop puts on his lights, roll down the tinted window and roll up the untinted one. When he leaves, roll the untinted one down, and put the tinted one back up.

Could also come in handy if someone smashes the window to grab your radar detector.

Why stop there, how about full vehicle electro-chromatic glass like we have on the rear view mirror?

Okay, now you're thinking!! Could even have a "fully opaque" setting for those times when you and your passenger are feeling spunky but don't have the cash for a hotel room!
