Sorry bro, can't help you there (I had discount tire do it when they mounted and balanced my new wheels). From my understand they "break the bead" of the tire and wheel and then reach in there somehow and unscrew it. I believe it's the valvestem itself (don't quote me on this). I really have no idea what I'm taling about. Sorry
