Year End Clearance?
Not sure much of a year end discount will be available on the IS. The latest J.D. Power Hot Off the Lot ranking is as follows:
CAR DAYS ON LOT
1. Volvo C70 5
2. Prius 9
3. BMW Z4 11
4. RAV4 11
5. Civic 12
6. LEXUS IS 13
WSJ 5/11/06- for period April 1-30, 2006.

My dealer said don't expect much of any discount when I asked him how much he could give me if I waited. The IS's don't last on the lot according to him. Guess I'm fortunate I walked into the dealership on a Tuesday and drove home an IS I loved on a Thursday...
The Z4 flies faster than the 3-Series? Hmmm...
It's good to see the IS there. There was another thread earlier this year that showed how fast models sell. I remember that the Chrysler Crossfire sat on a dealer lot for 300 days on average!
