Default 1st time

is the 30th day, or the 5000th mile the 1st time u should take your car in. My last car was a used MB S500, so im not sure, and my dads passed through 2 lexus LX470, brand new, but i always forget to ask him when i see him

There actually is a complimentary 30 day checkup listed in the maintenance schedule on the "My Lexus" section of the Lexus web site, but it isn't mentioned in the printed schedule that came with the car.

I didn't try to bring mine in, so I don't know what, if anything, they would do at that time. I'm guessing it is a chance for them to set the personalized options (LPS) and to correct any issues that weren't caught in the pre-delivery inspection.

We just took ours in for the 30 day inspection, they called it the "15 points" chack and also its the time to get your free electronic adjustments made, if you want any, like door locks etc...
