Treo 700w and bluetooth
short answer. no.
I never have any problems connecting when first getting in the car.
The problems I do have.
Answering a call, not hearing the caller.
Answering a call, caller can't hear me.
Caller ID shows the number of the last call that I made.
I dont even use it anymore. To unreliable.
The problem.
Its the implementation of Bluetooth in the phone as it relates to WM5. Has nothing to do with the car. I just hope some of these problems are fixed in the upcoming AKU2 update next month.
And as far as I know, lots of Windows Media 5 Pocket PC phones have this problem.

I think it helps if you have the latest software installed on your 650. It's kind of a pain to install the firmware updates but you can do so here http://www.palm.com/us/support/downloads/
I have the 650 with the firmware update and it works fine. My only complaint is that the the dropdown on the nav always says "Bluetooth connection failed". But whenever I get a call or make a call it works fine. I also got my wife's Samsung A900 working without a problem too.
