120K miles, running good, except for the tire problems ISs are known for.
Did recalls, change oil every 10K miles, plan to do plugs at 160K miles, and will change differential fluid at 130K miles.
According to Lexus no need to change tranny fluid even though I would like to do it, i'm gonna leave it alone.
Car runs good, recently, I decided to only use the highest grade fuel available, it makes a big difference driving the car.
I was using the lowest octane for a while, the car ran fine but I could feel hesitation when taking off, no big deal though. If somebody wants to save cash, cheap fuel is a good option.
I had the car about 4 months now it was a one owner car. I cant believe how good it drives with this mileage it feels brand new the interior even looks better then some brand new cars. I brought the car with full F-Sport upgrades beside the big brake kit.
a Issue I can think of is sometimes the speaker system ( not the ML ) doesn't work. It will be play and play with no issues and sometimes out the blue... no audio at all. No radio no AUX no CD... no sound from anything. When I press the audio power button all it does is make a popping sound. Then like the next day it working fine again... not sure whats going on.
I hear a buckling sound from the rear passenger side but only on really really big bumps or big dips. then sometimes i can go days without even hearing it. idk what it could be.

only have about 1500 miles on mine but I wondered who has the most miles and if you've experienced any problems.
Hi all , just re joined after 2 years of an Audi Q5 and now repurchased
a 2010 RX450H . My previous Lexus was the RX400h , bought it at 88,000 miles and sold still running as the day I got it with 155,000 miles
hence why I am back .Although I do have that radio problem , so thank goodness for a warranty from a great Lexus dealer .
Looking and driving killer! Love this car. I've had it for about a year. It had 146k when I bought it. I updated the headlights, grill, emblems, wheels, added a spoiler to the trunk and front lip. I recently had the alternator replaced in the new serpentine belt put on it… I guess the water pump in the plugs or next. Then I'll be time for the JoeZ racing exhaust and Z pipe!
Hi, I'm in the market for an is250 or 350. The 2009 IS350 I am looking at has close to 78k miles. Would you say I shouldn't be worried about high mileage on any of the used is350s?

Did yours have history of aNY recalls ?
Would appreciate any input.
High mileage is not an issue with IS350. Any recall just bring to dealer. Do not get IS250 they have engine problem and carbon build up.
2006 IS250 purchased as a CPO vehicle
@40,000 miles replaced wipers
@60,000 miles replaced spark plugs and tires x4
@72,000 miles engine timing mechanism fixed under warranty
@90,000 miles replaced battery and tires x4
@102,000 miles replaced left rear passenger door lock, it broke and trapped my friends inside the car
current mileage 114,000 and going strong
I never mind having any recall work done because the dealer will always set me up with a brand new loaner, feed me lots of junk food and wash my car.

Bought my preowned 2006 IS350 3 mos ago with 127k now at 130k miles. Original owner kept it super clean, dealer serviced, and all recalls were done. Ive modified it since then. I love the car--sporty, fast, looks good, with Toyota reliability! The only concern is oil consumption--about 1 quart every 2000 miles--but Lexus says its normal.
