What is the lugnut thing? 5x114.3 or whatever
What size for 19's front / rear + offsets do i need for brakes to clear nicely?

Rear - Volk SF Challenge Diamond Black 19x9.5 +40mm - Toyo T1R 275/30/19
wheels seemed flush, its in the first page of the official 2IS mod thread but his pics are down

You can run any offset to clear the brakes it usually depends on the spoke design to clear brakes...and since your running 18inch and up you'll have no problem with the vert fitment.
It depends on how far you want the wheel to stick out over stock...
