new to the navi sys

so i just got my IS 250 & loving every minute of it. Her name is Lola!!! But I got to curious with the navigation system and hit the menu button and some other buttons and now my screen won't quit saying no map dvd found. it doesn't display any types of maps or the destination key doesn't work for that matter. does any one know of a fix

This means that you ejected the navigation DVD. The slot is in the area behind the clock. There are instructions somewhere on this forum on how to pop it open and put the DVD back in.

What MatadorIS said is right on the money.

You hit the button on the upper-right of the screen which said, "Map DVD" which... basically ejects the map DVD hidden behind the clock.
