Default IS headlight washer in action...

Can anyone with a new IS and the headlight washer option post pics of it in use. Just curious on how it looks.

Nope, don't have it here.. but I would imagine it pops up and squirts water onto the headlight, haha. Actually I'd like to see this too. Anyone also notice that the windshield washer does more of a spray than jets? I thought that was pretty cool the first time I used it.

I like how when you use your windshield washers it will wait like 5 secs or so after the last wipe and do it again incase some water was missed.

Go to AudiWorld and you will find some pictures of TT and A4s with this option squirting water onto the lens cover, hood and maybe even truck. Its not a must have option. It came standard on my TT and worked automatically when I cleaned the windshield.

I won't miss it.

I didn't care for it in my Audi either. On that car, if the headlights were on, they would automatically get washed every time you did the windshield. Huge waste of washer fluid when driving at night on salty roads. At least the Lexus has a separate switch.

Maybe you should rephrase the question into: "Please post IS headlight washers in action while driving through muddy roads" I would like to see that in action.

I look forward to the pics. I really never notice the car had that option until I saw some cars with them . Not that I would spend the extra cash for them, unless if they came with the car/package you were getting.

Sorry, I didn't get around to this today but I'll get something up shortly (plus it was raining cats and dogs here)!
