Default Leasing ??? IS350 !!!

I know its been asked a few times but noone has posted anything recent and i was curious if they have recently leased a loaded IS350 and what payments they got. So far the best deal i found was $600.00 a month which includes taxes (NYC). With only $1567.00 down 36 months and 15k a year anyone fill in with a better deal...I was told this was with a discount of 2k off sticker but i wasn't sure if that was so. Sport, Navi, ML, and Oem spoiler is what i asked about.

Yeah I got quoted around the same neighborhood as well. Seemed a little high to me, especially since BMW was willing to give me a more expensive 330i for about $540/mo

You should ask them point-blank what the money factor is on the lease. $600/mo inclusive of taxes sounds pretty darn good on a relatively loaded IS 350.

Cheers,

You have to realize, BMW has a HUGE promotion on 3-series and 36 month leases right now. I've seen money factors between 0.00098 (2.35%) to 0.00120 (2.9%) for 2006 325/330 leases for Top Tier 1 with 62% residuals on 36/15Kmi.

This is the main reason why I helped a friend last week get a 330i last week instead of an IS 350. BMW lease rates are usually TRIPLE their current promotion.

Cheers,
Kermee

P.S. To put lease rates into perspective, 2006 Lexus ES330's had a leasing promotion of 0.00130 while we 2006 IS 250/350's were at 0.00235 (Top Tier 1 Plus).

You need to find out the actual price they are charging you for the car. You didn't post enough info to determine if it's a good deal.

I was at a local Lexus dealer last month and they quoted me 585 for 27 months with 15k miles on a 250 AWD with NAV.......that was outrageous........with 5K down (includes taxes and reg)......if I remember correctly

That is better than my deal. But ya, you have to ask about MF and other details.

I told my dealer that I wanted a 36 or 48 month lease @ 15k miles a year on an IS350 with only the standard equipment and I wanted my payment to be 400 dollars a month or less including all taxes and fees.

They came back and told me that to hit 400 a month payments I would have to put 8 GRAND down. I told them 22,400 dollars total paid out for 36 months of ownership was indicative of a flat out ridiculous profit on their part both on the sale price and on the money factor.

I went to Audi and got a 2006 A4 6-speed manual for $389/month for 24 months including ALL maintenance and including absolutely everything and ZERO down (well, first month's payment and a security deposit but that's it).

I don't like this A4 nearly as much as the IS, but I'm just not willing to pay twice as much for a car that stickers at nearly the same price plus requires an additional year of ownership and does not include maintenance.
