Ok now you have the disk is out, and disconnect the battery for few mins, then reconnect them, then turn on the car, and then insert the disk, while the disk upload do not turn off the car, try this way to see what happen
Ps: what disk version do you current have?

I still have no response to the 2010 nav hack or the iPod integration with nav hack bypass. Any takers???

I know nothing of the 2010's. But I do know there is a thread for those that own the $400 piece of aftermarket equipment you speak of and they praise it.

I'd check every single fuse in all 3 panels and see if any are blown. Also try rebooting it by removing the battery terminal and reinstalling. Same with the disc. If that doesn't work, get back in there and double check that you didn't pull any wires out of the connectors by accident, or accidentally cut one of them.

I had someone do that same mod for my car. I don't have ML. Mine's a 2009. I'm able to play movies or videos from my iphone or ipod while driving. It works great.

Did you buy that $400 iPod integration device to make yours happen? The 09 should be the same as 10's as far as I know. I don't have ML either. Who did it? In So Cal?

Seems I was reading for ever and never saw the 2007 year specified. I was told that 2007 was a year that could be hacked.

Yeah I did my car and it 07 with ML, the hardest part is to take out the center vent, but it worth to hack now I can watch movie or view the mp3 track while the car in moving.

so for this, i would have to ground the e-brake wire and cute the white/silver and pink wire then connect them for my sl2vi to work (dvd in motion). I have an is250 w/o ML.

I have checked behind the radio 5x to see if I pulled something and I get nothing . I ran thru all the fuses and they all look fine to me so I just gave up

The only time I have ever seen that message is when the disc is bad. Do you have an original disc? You need to try someone else's working disc. You pull the battery or TV fuse, then put the new disc in, then plug the battery or fuse back in. It should load the firmware and boot up.
