Can you guys who are lucky enough to already have a new IS in your possession please post pics of your interior? It would be nice to have a thread that shows all 3 colors and with both wood and silver trim options.
I know the lexus site has some pics, but most of their pics look altered or too pristine and fake looking. I want to see what the interiors really look like and be able to compare them.

A couple of pics in here. I haven't seen the sterling yet though. I was at the dealer a couple days ago, I thought I wanted the tan, but I didn't like it when I saw it (it was in a gold IS250), but I did like the black.

Does the center console where the shifter is at are the same material as the base mosel on the IS ? It looks kinda different to me...A liltle bit shinier. Black interior are nice man. Now i can't wait for my ride. 1 more week...

Where did you order yours from? Mine is on order from Alderson Lexus in Lubbock and it was suppose to arrive at the port yesterday. Just curious about how long it will take to get from the port to Lubbock. Thanks,

I got mine from Park Place in Grapevines (DFW area). They told me it was shipped from the port on 11/30 and should be here around 12/7 - 12/12 . I don't know how long yours will be staying at the port for inspections and all that but it should take 7-10 days for it to be shipped to our location.
They made me pay the whole full price on 11/30 to close down the deal because it's the end of the month and they try to make the sale. in order for me to get a discount $500 off msrp and a free tint. Seems like in texas here the demand is so high. I called all the dealer in texas and they barely have anything. No discount whatsoever is what i've been told.

in real life the black interior is blacker than the dark grey that these photos suggest; the pictures of the black interior found in the sales brochure is more accurate. It's very classy. The IS also has the best looking instrument display in the current Lexus lineup (clear display with fine marking, without the reflection and glare from the metal facing in the GS). You will also appreciate all the little white LED lights at night.
