Default Clear bra pics

Here are some pics that were taken during my clear bra install. Premiere Mobile is performing the install as I type this. Enjoy!

Looking good! I had a clear bra installed on my G35. Looked great until I sold it a week or so ago. I'm definately getting one installed on my IS350. I think I'll always install a clear bra on any new car I get.

Maximus - Please check your PM.

I'm convinced that the bra will be necessary when I buy my 350. My Audi TT took too many hits to the bumper and hood especially in winter. I just looked at a 2005 used Audi S4 and it had a clear bra but it was very visible on the hood where it ended. It was a noticable white line running across the hood. Didn't look good. Is that wax residue? Is there a way to prevent that?

No, the full hood was not done. Only about 1/3 of it. The job runs around $650. This includes hood, front bumper, side mirrors, and front fenders.

Thx, any pics of where the coating stops on the hood? Also how far on the fenders did they go back? Overall are you happy with the job?

It is a chunk of cash. But then again, what would you pay to know you'll likely never have a rock chip in your paint on the front of your car for the next several years?

I'll tell you, my 2001 330I is full of rock chips. I was just detailing it last weekend and the whole front looks sandblasted. I will never own another car without a clear bra. It's a small price to pay to keep your car looking clean.

How long did it take to complete?

Do alot of shops do this? Is the price negotiable?

Maximus, are those your doors in the garage? Was that in order to cover the front fender? Also any pics of the seam line on the hood? Thx!
