Any pics?
If you're playing a regular audio CD that you burned from MP3's with ID3 tags...they should scroll onto the screen. I didn't take any pics of the New IS w/ML doing this but every new Lexus does this feature other than the previous IS300's standard stereo setup. Our RX330 displays the CD Text just fine....Artist/Album Title and Song Name.

izzy, that's a nice setup appears to be very clean. although i would never put my video ipod out like that, you have to put it away too often, too much banging around. that's why i got a nano so i can more or less leave it in the car permanently.

Also video while driving is a big no no for front seat driver. If you were to get into an accident and the person in the other car ran over to your car and saw your video ipod out I'm sure they would sue you. Probably why Lexus doesn't allow it with the NAV.

All it takes is a sec to get distracted.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I never ran my car with the video. BTW the car was in the garage when I took teh picture.

Everyone has his preference, that is why Steve Job's has an Ipod for everyone. I always use my Ipod when I am on the move even at work! Shhhhhh! So I always take it out of the car and I don't see it as a hassle. Plus even if they try to steal it, I will just have a reason to get another.
