dfw350: just emailed the lexus dealer you showed me and they would not match 2200. They said that price is far beyond their reach....Guess you got lucky or something

2k off sticker. $500 was standard, but after hard negotiating, most dealerships max'ed out at $1500. Not a hugh inventory like on the coast, thus not as big of discounts.

Lexus of New Orleans. I put a 1g down payment with these guys with $0 off MSRP. Anyone have any type of luck with these guys with the pricing? They won't even bother talking if you ask for a price discount.

I am doing a deal with Kuni Lexus in Littleton, CO and deal is $3909 below sticker (IS350 sport with ML/Nav and preferred $43,909) selling for $40K + tt&l + shipping. Car is 2 weeks out from the dealer and I should have it in 3.

That's pretty good deal almost 4K. We are getting closer to invoice price. I hope I can get one for invoice by the time my current lease runs out which is in August. Your deal is about 1500-1700 above invoice I think. I'm looking for the IS350 luxury with NAV/ML which comes to around 43K as well. Hopefully by then there will be more cars available to deal for? Did you purchase or lease this vehicle?

It is a purchase. Apparently they are willing to deal on the 350's 'cause the 250 with the AWD is in more demand in the cold weather states...

Default Is this a good deal?

I think I got a pretty good deal. I ordered (on January 24th) an IS350 with VT (Luxury), VN(NAV + ML), Z1 (preferred pkg), LR (Spoiler). The MSRP was $44,784 and I was able to negotiate off $2,685 off msrp ($42099) and they threw in the Clearbra and Sirius radio + install once it is available. My total out the door cost was $45K. I figured with to two things they threw in I am probably in the neighborhood or ~4,000 off msrp.

Now I have to wait ~ another week. My car hit port in LA on March 31st and is taking around 3 weeks to get to TX.

Pivo154,

Most dealers will never match you via email. Your best leverage is in person with your checkbook and being well prepared knowing the invoice price and msrp price of car with all the options you want. I had a one page spreadsheet when I went in there with $250 price increments under msrp and over invoice to determine the true deal I was getting.

I bought mine from the same dealer as dfw350 and got $2685 off msrp and they threw in free clearbra and Sirius sat including install when it is available.

I posted the details in my previous post.

Please post the MF and residual on an is350 for April?

I searched but could not find it. Obviously this is for a lease through Lexus Financial.

Also, are their leases assumable?

If you are referring to me then no it was not a lease. It was a purchase and I paid cash.

i know no one will really know the answer until the time comes, but what price can we expect a used 06 is350 w/ nav to be in winter of 07 and summer of 08?

i'd really like an is350 but it's way out of my price range of 18-32k. i can go for an is250 but i know i'm going to want more performance in the future, and if i go ahead with the 350, i can keep it for much longer (thinking +5 years).

Default Almost new owner

Just special ordered a Matador Red IS350 with the sports package only, MSRP was 39,919, and got the dealer to drop 2,500 off MSRP. I investigated the 5 closest dealers from my area of St. Pete, FL and finally found one in Sarasota that would come down {internet sales}. Most of the dealers had no inventory of IS350's, or the wrong color, and the sports package was extremely rare. They have quoted 90 to 120 days for delivery, which will be tough to wait, but since I have been searching for the best 4 door sport sedan for over a year, I guess I can wait a little longer for the best one.

Just purchased a IS250 yesterday - Tungsten Pearl/black leather/Premium Package/18" wheels for $1k over invoice. It didn't take that long to get to that price. The salesman was very professional. I'm sure they will go for invoice by the end of the year.
