well you were lucky i have seen cases that they told people either they get them all or not get the car. sometimes when they know someone will get the car for sure, they dont' care
What I wish they would do is allow you to order the car the way you want it and not bundle certain things with certain packages. I can live with having to pay for a fully loaded car, but I hate it when I actually want something and I can't get it. I can't get my ultimate IS350 the way I want it in my region even if I get it fully loaded. I can try and get one from the mainland and it will be closer to what I want, but the options package that Lexus uses doesn't allow me to get the combo exactly right. Oh well, I guess everything is a compromise.
