Cool Accessory Codes for IS Packages

Here are the Accessory Codes for the IS250/350:

FT -- 18" Alloy Wheels with Summer Tires (Not available for AWD)
HW -- Headlamp Washers with Cleaner
ML -- Mark Levinson Premium Audio Package with CD Changer with 14 Speakers
NV -- Nav System with 13 Speakers
PA -- Park Assist
PM -- Leather Power Seats (a.k.a. Premium Package)
PS -- PreCollision System (PCS) with Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (Not available for manual tranny)
SR -- Moonroof

Combined Accessories:

LD -- Premium Luxury Plus 17" AWD (headlamps, heated seats, wood, memory, illuminated scuff pads, leather)
LL -- Same as above, but for 17" RWD
LT -- Same as above, but for 18" RWD

PT -- Premium Plus (heated seats, wood, leather)
SM -- Performance Luxury (18" allows with summer tires, headlamps, Sports Suspension, memory, leather)
ST -- Performance Luxury Plus (All of the above with heated seats)

VN -- Nav System with Mark Levinson Audio Package

I hope this helps. Pleasant dreams everyone!

Oh, and by the way, there is no Spoiler option! Do you think that would make a difference in performance?

does "headlamps" under each of the packages mean xenon or are those standard?

"Headlamps" under the combined packages are HID+AFS with Auto Level Headlamps.

HID = Xenon Projector High Intensity Discharge (it's bright)
AFS = Adaptive Front Lighting System (it moves)

Standard is Halogen without AFS.
Bi-Xenon with AFS come with the Luxury Packages.

Hmm... are "accessory codes" = options? Does this mean navi is not standard on the 350?

I don't recall ever seeing a photo of a U.S. spec 2006 IS with headlamp washers. I've only seen this on the foreign models. But it looks like they will be offered.

Thanks for sharing this info.

Unfortunately, it isn't standard. All the accessory codes are options which can make the price climb up.

Bare bones IS250 will most likely be around $29K, but will be more close to $33K with accessories/packages. Bare bones IS350 will most likely be around $34K, but will be more close to $40K with accessories/packages. Top of the like IS350 with everything will be close to $44K.

So, I guess top of the line IS350 is like a comfortable entry GS300...

that actually sounds awesome.

Do you know what packages will be mandatory and will NAVI and ML always be bundled together?

Do you think you can get this without the wood?

That's going to be a regional decision with forced package options and etc.

BTW, are these combined packages available to both IS250 and IS350?

I don't think so, or at least it doesn't seem like that you can.

Yes, they are for both the IS250 and IS350. The only difference is that some packages are for RWD or AWD only. The AWD IS250 cannot get the Performance Package...

Hmmm...I wondered about whether the ML would have a DVD changer. I didn't think I'd seen the Dolby Digital or DTS labels on the ML closeups I'd seen.
