Hi All,

I have just bought a 2011 IS350 F-Sport with the ML package, the driver side tweeter and mid range speaker was cracking/making static noises when music was playing so I had it replaced with a used pair, and unfortunately I am still getting the same cracking noise only on the two speakers in the driver side.


Does anyone have any idea what the cause of this could be? I hope it's not the amp.. the amp has 86280-0W790 stamped on it which is very hard to find online, if it is the amp, can it be swapped with any other ML units or do they have to end in 0W-790?

Solved, was the amp, was able to find a replacement for $100 from a wrecker. I switched the presumed faulty speaker to the passenger side and it worked fine, so must have been a channel going bad in the amplifier.
