My Is220d Dies randomly

My is220d with 50k kilomitors . Then iam in traffic it dies sometimes 1 2 3 4 gear it dies under 2000rpm the onlyway to drive it is to rev 2000rpm 1 to 4 gear

yes is220d disel enigen 6 speed 2007
