I just put a new throttle body on my car and still have trouble getting it to start I find the only way is to pump accelarator as fast as I can while cranking the engine

How about you start from the beginning, and go into at least some detail on the Year and Model of your car, as well as its Mileage and what work was already done, and most importantly, what appears to be the issue?

My 2007lexus is 250problem began with hesitation and rough idle threw a code for bad MAF sensor replaced it got it started with starting fluid drove it awhile stopped and used starting fluid check engine light came on obd scanner said TPS bad. Cleared code replaced throttle body relearn cleared code, drove it a few miles stopped.wouldnt start used starting fluid again idle fluctuating between 2000-3000 rpm. Idles at 1500 rpm.check engine light on again with fuel rail pressure too low pulled fuel pump pump working clean filter. Back to square one.after running a few minutes turned off went to remove battery cables and positive cable was extremely hot. Any ideas or suggestions. I need help. I'm at my frustration point of giving up.

What Codes specifically are you getting?

If you have a Scan Tool capable of reading Engine Live Data, with the Engine Started, Warmed and at Idle, and with the Transmission in Park, take a Snapshot of All the parameters you can access and post them here, it's quite difficult to make sense of the information you provided, but having access to the Live Data will help a fair bit.
