Default Power steering issues

Hey guys. I have an old 2006 IS250 Rhd RWD. I reversed out the Garage a few days ago and when I hit full lock to the RHS, my steering went stiff. The power steering stopped working?? I don't have a light on the dashboard. Voltage with car off is 12.3v and low idle voltage about 13.8v.

I have cleaned the PS module. There was no corrosion. I have also cleaned out the sensors with air on the steering rack. No luck unfortunately
Any ideas what to do next??

I assume you have but I'm asking anyways. Did you check the fuse for the power steering unit?

The fuse box and fuse number are at the bottom of that diagram.
