Default A/C Problem

Having trouble with my A/C unit. I have already replaced the condenser, compressor, and cooling system. All components work fine now. Still blowing warm air though. I recharged the system myself. Could that be the problem? I used AC pro from autozone. Does anyone has a solution?

How long did you run your vacuum pump to evacuate the system before charging?

I took it in to pepboys to get the AC evacuate done. So I don’t actually know how long. Are you suggesting they didn’t get rid of all the refrigerant?

No, it's just that you didn't mention doing an evacuation in the first post of the thread, and skipping that step or doing it improperly would leave moisture and non-condensables in the system that could easily cause performance issues. Since you had it done at a shop, that probably isn't your issue.

I see. My AC compressor fuse did blew out the other day. Probably due to my cooling fan not working atm. Everything works now. Only thing I could think of is replacing the AC evaporator or take it in to the shop to get diagnose.

The readings on the low and high pressure side of the A/C system are important indicators of what's happening in the A/C system.
As you mentioned above, the fuse to the compressor system could be blown. If that's the case then the low and high side portions of the A/C system will have similar pressures.
But, if your compressor is working then you'll at least see a pressure differential between the low and high side.

Probably best to watch/read on how to use A/C manifold gauges to help you determine what's happening in your A/C system.

Your issue could stem from a simple A/C line pressure switch to something much more involved.

Best of luck!
