Default Severe Rust on Doors

Hello,
Yesterday I decided to take a look at my car doors interior bottom side and I found severe rust, see attached picture. Is there any effective and inexpensive solution to this problem?

Thank you all.

This looks like a blocked drain hole in the door causing water to be captured and held in the bottom of the door. If this was not noticed, that could cause a corrosion from inside out.

Only way to stop that is replace the door. It can be taken to bare metal, treated, rust painted etc. but that will only slow down the rust. Rough estimate in materials to repair that yourself is $200.

primavera: I have always paid attention to those drain holes, there's nothing in the drain tracts. From day one, when I purchased this care new, I noticed there some kind of bubbles on the doors bottom near the edge. Bad paint and likely bad machining. This appalling, people should know that Lexus is not different from Toyota in this regard. Why would pay too much for a car that rusts same as cheap ones? .
