I'm encountering a persistent P0174 code: System Too Lean (Cylinder Bank 2) and could use some guidance. Here's a brief history of what I've done so far:

1. P0101 Issue:
   • Cleaned the MAF sensor – code persisted.
   • Replaced with a new OEM MAF sensor – P0101 code resolved.
2. P0174 Code Appeared After Replacing Spark Plugs:
   • Checked for vacuum leaks using water – no leaks found.
   • MAF sensor is brand new.
   • Replaced the PCV valve (was in bad shape, had a rotten egg smell) – smell issue resolved.

Despite these efforts, the P0174 code keeps coming back and sometimes clears on its own. Notably, the code doesn't show up when driving at low RPMs but appears at higher RPMs.

Next Steps:

• Plan to change the A/F sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) and hope it resolves the issue.

I really need guidance and suggestions on what else I should check or try.
