Hey Lexus fam first time posting here, I just bought a 2010 Lexus is250 and didn’t have no problems until randomly my hazards turned on and wouldn’t turn off unless I turned my car off, but when I turn it back on it happens again. When my car starts up I noticed they also flicker for a couple seconds really fast then stop and 3 seconds go by then the hazards turn on. There’s also a beeping sound like I have my seatbelt off even though it’s on.

 

You could try replacing the flasher module. You can can keep the analog one or use a digital one if you see LED lighting upgrades in your future.

PS it's under the dash on the left side. Drop the panel and stand on your head. Not horrible but uncomfortable. After that I have to wonder if the body control computer has an issue? Is the interior damp?
