I own a 2009 Lexus is250 awd and when I’m at a dead stop or low speeds there’s a whining sound when turning the wheel that is very slight. Anyone know the cause and the fix ? Thanks for the help ?

Have your battery and alternator load tested. The whine is very likely your alternator as these have electric power assist and it potentially sounds like the alternator is taking the brunt of the work vs the battery.

If someone replaces the alternator, make sure it's either new or remanufactured Denso. These cars are very picky.
