Gents, my car was running fine today so I had to change my low beam bulbs. On the passenger side, you have to remove the air filter and box. I did so and nothing was broken or twisted. I change my bulb, put everything back together and now when my car starts, it doesn't even idle, it just dies. I ran a code scanner and got a P07E8 code (DTC definitions not found) What could be going on? Any ideas? Need help fast!
NOTE: I checked all connections, wires and made sure the air filter was properly put back correctly. So not sure what is going on.
GM guys. So last night after I put this post, I went and bought some MAF sensor cleaner and I took out the MAF sensor, cleaned it and the throttle body. I put everything back together and started the car. It now runs but the idle is a little rough. So some progress made. I may just buy a new MAF sensor and try that.

So by doing this you only removed the lower air box, and top correct? Was the MAF o-ring damaged?
If so then how tight did tighten the clamp from the air box to rubber pipe? It sounds to me you have a slight vacuum leak.
By tighten the clamp too much you will crush the outlet tube past the MAF mount. This could lead to some air leaking in after the MAF once the car is running.
Then again too long it should throw a code for lean.
