ECU part number help
Hello Everyone,
Is there a way I can find the exact part number I need for my 2006 Lexus IS250 AWD? I don't feel like taking my ECM out of the car to find out what the part number is. I went on multiple websites and it says I can use part numbers: 89661-53590, 89661-53591, 89661-53592, 89661-53593, and 89661-53594, but on another website it says I need to use 89661-53590. I'm really not sure. If anyone can help me, that would be great! My VIN number is JTHCK262565003692.
The reason I want to replace my ECM is because I got many codes, such as: P0606: ECM/PCM Processor; P0301: Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected; P2714: Pressure Control Solenoid "D" Performance Or Stuck Off; C1201: 1. Engine Control System Malfunction; 2. EV Control System Malfunction, C1223: ABS Malfunction, C1241: Low or High Power Supply Voltage; P0441: Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow; and P0455: Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (Gross Leak). I let multiple mechanics check it out, and they stated the car shifts fine and everything looks good with the car. They think the ECM is going bad or the O2 sensors are messing with the ECM, which is a problem some people had with their ECM code. I'm going to change the O2 sensors first since I already have some that I bought in the past, and I will replace the upstream O2 sensors first before I change the ECM. Also, I had someone change the spark plugs, and the purge valve lines had to be removed to take out the spark plugs.
I have a list of problems with this car x.x.

- Bad door locks
- Leaking fuel tank
- Mufflers and exhaust fell off
- Car idles hard and have loss of power and makes a weird sound when accelerating
- Car isn't braking as well, probably due to the ABS stuff
What is the history of this car? Are you the original owner?
Usually these cars are very robust. I would rule out the ECU for the time being unless it's a flooded car.
Gas tank leak will cause evap codes.
Low voltage high. Has a mechanic actually checked the charging system? Usually you can check at the battery relatively easy.
These cars do wierd things when they dont get the correct voltage.

I'd definitely be looking at the alternator and battery stability before going after the ECU... buying a 12V accessory device like USB charger with voltage readout let's you watch it except during cranking. Cost $7 shipped. Get one!
Pulling the ECU to check for bad capacitors may not be the worst plan.
How many of these errors return after disconnecting the battery? I ask as any time it dips towards 10V or less all the computures talking drop communication and this generates errors.
The P030X codes should be addressed as misfires. Plugs, MAF, air leaks, coils, and carbon in that order...
