Default Will 2012 Lexus ES350 pass inspection?

Vehicle: 2012 Lexus ES350

Miles: ~110k

Fix made: Cam Shaft Position Sensor plug for Bank 1 Location B wires were pulled while replacing the spark plugs. Vehicle was started when this issue was present and code p0368 was received in Pending and Stored categories. Plug has been replaced. Car is driven 3 miles twice and many short rounds of 2-3 blocks each

A. Current OBD Codes:
P0368 – Stored
C0A00 - Permanent
C0700 – Pending

B. Check Engine Light lamp is “off”
C. All the On Board Diagnostic Monitors are “Completed and Ready”
i. Continuous Monitoring
a. Misfire
b. Fuel System
c. Comprehensive Component
ii. Non Continuous Monitoring
a. Catalyst
b. Evaporative System
c. Oxygen Sensor
d. Oxygen Sensor Heater
e. EGR and / or VVT System

D. Engine Warm Ups since DTC'S Cleared: 65

Question#1: Will I be able to pass Texas inspection considering my current situation above?
Question#2: If not, what should I do?
Question#3: What is the meaning of the “C” codes mentioned in my point A above and how can I fix them?
Question#4: I do not see P0368 in Pending category anymore but it appears and disappears from Stored category. Will it slowly disappear or this shows that underlying issue is still in there? Note: Check Engine Light is off

Warm Regards

OBD
