Default 2011 Lexus IS 350 AWD - Rim Change

Hi all,

I have looked into getting rims for my 2011 Lexus IS 350 AWD and I want to stick with Lexus rims. Currently I have a squared set up, which are the OEM 17" rims that came with the car. However, I want to get Lexus OEM 18" rims that are also squared. I just want to make sure that the rims I am looking at will fit, since I looked into it and some rims will hit the brake caliper or not fit at all.

The rims I am looking at are here: https://autorimshop.com/products/201...el-rim-w74288h

^My plan is to get 4 of the same rims found on the link above. I am wanting to keep a squared set up so that I don't impact the AWD system. I was going to go aftermarket, but I don't want to make additional modifications to the suspension or the car altogether, so I really am looking into these. I also looked at the hub bore, so I wanted to stick to the same, so I don't have to get spacers, hub center rings, etc. I want 18" rims instead of 17" rims and I looked at 19" rims, but it is more costly in terms of tires and the rims themselves. I'm basically only going one inch up in diameter and all the other specs match up with what I have now.

Therefore, my question is, will these rims fit on my car? Any issues with the AWD? Anything else I should be worried about?

Thank you, all.

You are correct, 350 has a bigger front calipers and some wheels won't fit because of it.
There are OE numbers listed in that ad. FYI the wheels are called 10 Y-Spoke. Do the search for Lexus 4261A53290 and 4261A53350 and see if they fit 350.
As long as you use the same size tires on all four corners it won't negatively affect AWD system

Good Luck

I have tried to look but I’m unable to confirm fitment. The screenshot below shows the wheel specs for my wheel. The screenshot under this one shows the wheel specs for the wheel I’m interested in to buy. The search I made says this wheel fits IS350’s from 2014 - 2015, which I’ve attached the screenshot for, but I have a 2011. I was able to find the wheels I want to get on a 2nd Gen IS so I figured they would fit.

Just pay attention as some are 18x8 et45 and 18x8.5 et50.
If they fit 2014-2015 IS350, they will fit 2nd gen 350 as well.

Thank you, I will make sure the offset is 45 mm. And it looks like they will fit. Hoping it all works out. Thanks again.

I just posted this in another thread a few minutes ago. You can read through it for OEM wheels options.

I'd definitely look into the Forged Wheel options.

Wow $500 a refurbished wheel!!! Pretty much you're paying close to dealer prices.

I'm wondering if it's best to just buy them brand new at a dealership - what are your thoughts?

Thank you for this - I am going to print it out and keep it. It's helpful to see and what I can say is - I am a fan of the 18-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels in dark graphite finish, but I am also a big fan of the wheels I'm interested in, which are the 10 Y-Spoke wheels that were on 2014 - 2015 IS350 models. Thoughts?

It all depends how much you want to spend. Dealers will charge you top dollars for new set. I would keep an eye on aftermarket wheels and see if something grabs your attention.
Have you looked at BBS CS007, which are 10 Y spokes and look very similar to the Lexus wheels. I wouldn't be surprised if Lexus wheels were also made by BBS.

How about RC350 F-Sport 19" wheels?. If I was looking for a new set I'd get those in a heartbeat

This is just my lazy bones talking, but more spokes means more time cleaning. And if it takes longer to wash the wheels than the whole car, I take that into account.

These aren't head turners per say but I like them and they are fairly easy to clean. 2011-2013 F-Sport. Split 5 Spoke alloy, graphite finish.

These are stagger and I know that without a spacer the 18.5" does not fit on the front, as it hits the caliper. What I don't recall is if the front fits the rear, but I think it does.

My only gripe is both ends need flushed out.

Wow - thank you for sharing a picture of how an IS looks with RC350 F-Sport 19" wheels. I am definitely going to look into these, too. I have not looked at BBS C55 but will take a closer look and compare them to the OEM Lexus wheels I am considering.
