Default 3GR-FSE manual conversion help/advice

Excuse me for my ignorance as I was a 240sx junkie growing up and throughout the entire platform they only have 3 chassis codes that are completely unique to each other.

I own a 2004 Toyota crown athlete (3GR-FSE)
When I was bidding in auction I would come across a few that had manual transmission but we're in horrible shape, but this chassis never came in a manual as an option so I know it is possible.

I've read some is250 guys (I believe) were able to keep their manual 6 speed when swapping in a 3gr-fse and I'm curious if any of the guys in here would know what transmission and stuff I would have to buy in order to make it work with my chassis so I can start pricing out parts.

Thanks in advance

These forums are primarily made up of North America-based users; a region which never received the Crown platform. I'd suggest searching around for some forums specific to that platform; I'm sure at least one exists in the English language.

Regardless of that I'm finding more information in the IS forums regarding what I can and can't do with this engine.
Im not looking for crown specific information but I appreciate your concern.

Cheers

If it helps, the 4GR-FSE 2.5 and 3GR-FSE 3.0 are interchangeable. On the 2IS platform in the US, most cars are 4GR and 2GR. As 2.5s age and die, 3.0s are taking their place. I can confirm one user here did this swap on his manual trans car and swapped it for the 3.0 for the extra displacement. The 2.5 ECU seems manage N/A fueling needs of the 3.0.

The RA62 has some funky hydraulic reservoir delay thing that most hate, though I'm not sure anyone deletes it.

One brave and very dedicated individual swapped a 3.5 for his 2.5 on a manual and has the only 2GR-FSE manual trans on the forum. Look in the build thread section.
PS - I have yet to see anyone grenade the RA62.
