Default 2001 is300 ECU

I’m going to replace the ecu on my is300, should I replace the ignition module?

Why? You know it will need to be re-flashed with the security system and keys by the dealer.

One thing is mostly unrelated to the other. Unless you have a reason to replace it, I would likely leave it.
