Default ABS issues

Hi everyone I recently purchased a 2001 is300 and I love it however I am showing up with code c1223 (abs malfunction) and c1251 (pump motor lock). I’m not super knowledgeable on these cars (or any really but a man trys) and was curious about what was going on because my symptoms are about 75% of the time my brakes lock up and my traction control doesn’t work (always on . ) if someone can help me diagnose that would be awesome! I have tools and facilities just need a little know how

Replace the pump. It will solve the issues.
