Wacking noise coning from right side hub.

Wacking noise coning from right side hub.
im confused if its related to a wheel bearing or something else. I took the wheel off and rotated the hub and i hear a wack noise once it circulates once around. Its not a full constant noise, just when it loops.
Im about to just order a whole new front hub assembly ): but id like to know what the problem is, is it just a wheel bearing?
