ok i have a 01 lexus is300. just did oil change new plugs wires tps. this just started. when cold in morning will start up rev around 1300rpm for a couple seconds then will rev up normally untill engine warms up. and once its warn if i lug engine around 1500rpm with will start to jerk like a misfire. any ideas?
