Angry Help, I'm chasing fuel issues

Hello everyone, I just got a IS300 2005 and it's having fuel issues. I bought this car sight from a crappy little car dealership and it wasn't as described. It through 8 engine codes as soon as it arrived. It through codes for the mass airflow sensor all O2 sensors, the tps. It also said that it was running lean. It died on me randomly, twice at a stoplight and twice on making a left turn. It won't start anymore, it will crank but it will not get any fuel as the fuel pump will not turn on. So far I have replaced the mass airflow sensor, the throttle position sensor, the fuel pump relay, the fuel pump resistor the EFI fuse and the EFI resistor in fuse box. I can't get power to the fuel pump. So far the only way that I have gotten power to the fuel pump is when I ran a cable straight from the fuse box to the relay on the opposite side of the engine. Is it possible to be the ignition switch? I have to jiggle the key up and down to get it to the on position. I am so frustrated, if anyone can help or give me any sort of guidance or advice I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance guys! I apologize if there are any in complete sentences or mixed up language. I'm using my cell phone to post this. Thanks

Default I'm having the exact same issue right now

Is your security light flashing By chance? That would prevent the fuel pump from priming.. are you sure its fuel? Youve started it with starting fluid? Make sure to check all your ground points and fusible links in the ECU box right next door to the computer under hood. And have you checked the crank or cam shaft position sensors? Or your accelerator pedal position sensor?
