Default 2003 Replacing values and springs on heads. HELP

Ok, I'm in serious trouble. I just replaced my cam and crank seal. I believe the tensioner wasn't tight enough and when I when to start it I had value to piston contact. I set the cams gears and crank for top dead center. I think the belt slipped. Haven't taken it part yet to see what happened. Really just want to cry. Actually, I did. I don't have a lot of money and can remove the heads myself. Should I get the heads rebuilt or replace the motor? Please someone help! First Lexus I've ever owned.

My poor baby.

most likly its just the valves that damaged, take it apart, replace the valves and make sure u grind the valves before installing them and if im not mistake, they have a hydraulic tensioner, possible you didnt install the timing belt correctly?
