That part with the label sticker
Good day, I purchased an Altezza just yesterday locally. I'm new to cars but it's a first gen 98 - 2005 model and it's been making a strange sound that seems to be coming from the front left portion of the engine in the little box looking thing with the blue and white label. It's an almost grinding kinda sound. I'm taking it to my mechanic but i'm trying to determine for my own information what that part is. Thanks in advance for any assistance provided.
