Question Keep it or Sell it?

Hello all my friends !!!
I have a 2003 IS-300, ODO just hit 160k miles now. It's still running like a dream, just the interior is really falling a part, lol !!! I'm thinking to trade it in for another car but really love the engine and feel like keeping it as a project car later on. What do you think? Should I keep it or sell it?

No matter what you do - if the interior is that bad you should replace/upgrade as needed.
It would only help to sell it or have one less thing to address if you turn it into a project car. Seats and door panels are always popping up on forums and ebay, and you can take care of the other items yourself.

160k is nothing - as long as a car isn't costing more than insurance and basic maintenance why not keep it?
