Ohoopee

So the clock on my Lexus has no characters displayed...never has since I have owned it. The clock still lights up when I have the lights on but there is sitll nothing there. See the attached pictures...sorry they are probably going to be big. I have also noticed when I was taking this picture that the "snow" and "traction off" buttons are also not lighting up...to the right of the picture is my rear fog lamps button...the button to turn them on lights up but the little dial that dims and brightens them doesn't...should it. I have searched ebay to see if I could find a new clock but whenever I type in Lexus IS 200 clock, all that comes up is the console with the spedometer. Is there anyway to fix these issues?
