Never knew what the purpose of the right ones are for as I've never seen it turn on when I'm reversing. Are they just a different type of bulb compared to the other one?

Where did you buy the car from? Are you first owner?
Im assuming the 2nd owner changed the reverse lights while selling it.
Because those lights are not OEM and it has 2 different things in each housing which is wrong....
You should get that fixed for safety reasons.
Yes it's a rear fog light. Basically in Europe they have laws where the automaker has to build vehicles with these on so most of the time they do that.
I changed the reverse lights myself �� Bought it off of eBay for like $5. It's definitely brighter now.
Called Lexus and yeah.... It's the rear fog lights...
I'm from Malaysia btw, bought it from Lexus Malaysia back in 2013. Never seen a GS 350 F Sport in Malaysia yet /: it's that rare.
The rear fog lights are so cool. Never knew it existed.
