The fuel pressure regulator sits in the tank on the IS300. https://www.discountpartsmonster.com...FY82gQodvCUJ3A
If you're wanting to install an aftermarket pressure regulator you'll need to either buy a new fuel rail with a return line fitting, or modify the factory rail to fit a return fitting. Then you'll have to run a return fuel line back to the tank.
