Default Serpentine belt Tensioner Pulley

I'm trying to replace the pulley on my belt tensioner because of the bearing. The bolt thats located in the middle of the pulley, are the threads reversed?

No there not. I have removed it when doing maintenance. It's a standard bolt. Just use a breaker bar.
