belt tensioner pulley
how do i get my belt tensioner pulley off? its just one bolt in the middle, isn't it? and if my spring is broken, how do i get the belt off without cutting it?? can anyone help????

Its a 14mm. Use a socket, and a breaker bar (or a long rachet, or rachet w/ a cheater pipe). Turn the bolt, like your tightening it (clockwise) and the tensioner should move. Keep the tension and slip your belt off. Then loosen the bolt to remove the pulley.
Instead of replacing the pulley, just press in a new bearing. Its way cheap.

well i got the belt and pulley off, but the bolt that holds the pulley on snapped in half inside the sleeve, behind the pulley. does anyone know the steps in removing the whole belt tensioner assembly. it would be greatly appreciated

Once again, I would advise you to search, .....Thats what I had to do.
Take you top portion of the timing cover off (has 3 allen screws I think), and its held on by three 12mm bolts.
