2001 IS300 Trac Flashing & CEL on

2001 IS300 Trac Flashing & CEL on
Hey all
I am new here but hoping I will get some help. I have a 2001 Lexus IS300 with the said issues at the title. It runs very sluggishly as well feeling like it is down on power or starving for fuel. On the rare occasion it will idle high and the gas pedal will have zero response until mashed to the floor. Even then barely moving. I have had the CEL codes checked and got three of them.

P0155
P0300
I am assuming O2 sensor but already replaced one before I got this notification. I have been reading on here that this seems to be a fairly common issue but do not seem to see many fixes. I was hoping that putting the CEL codes on here that I may get some advice to my specific issue. This is my daily driver and is mostly stock with no new mods in the last few years.
