I have a 01 is300 and the two center vents do not blow air it does a very small amount.. Ac and heat works. Also it does not switch from floor, defrost etc. I dropped the glove box to check the servos and the 1st one I believe is the air mix one the arm does not move on any position nor do I see any arms working at all.. So is just the air mix servo or do I need to replace the others as well.. I do plan on keeping the car for quite some time would I be better off to buy new or would a used one be okay as the local junkyard has a es300 and I was told it uses the same servo... Thankyou for reading this I greatly appreciate your help and your time thankyou
Wow, you have the same issue as my son's car. His is a 2001 IS300 as well. AC season is almost over, so no hurry to fix it for now, but I'll be watching for potential fixes on this thread.
Regardless of ac the heat doesn't come out of the center vents as nothing does as the time of year has nothing to do with it as it doesn't blow in the center and you can't change any settings as no servo arm moves at all. Would of been nice to read a fix not someone having the same issues lol
