Hey everyone I'm having a puzzling issue and I was wondering if anyone could chime in and help me solve it.

My headlights have been acting up, they'll flicker according to my speed when I first start my car in the mornings. Both HIDs and DRLs flicker simultaneously as soon as the car starts moving and once I get to a cruising speed they'll stop, but as soon as I slow down to about 10mph it's starts again. This problem will go away after a minutes of driving but it happens every single morning.

Any ideas?
