1jz swap
Hi all, i am doing a 1jzgte ( jzs171) swap to my is200 . my engine is coming without the air flow meter
What AFM to buy for the swap? I will be running it stock. my ecu # is 89661-3A870 ( engine, ECU and auto trans)
And what about prop shaft? with is300 work on it?

. update.. I manage to get my eyes on the jzs171 ecu pin out in English. Thanks to my go to guy Nick Chiew.
still looking around for the right drive shaft for the swap to just bolts in. I did a 2JZGE swap to this car some moths back and had my share of night mare with the drive shaft vibration. I send it to IEL here in Guyana and was told they cant do anything to stop the vibration at 120KM ( it have to be balance) so i have to live with it or get a new shaft. so want stay a way from cutting and joining drive shaft again.
I am hoping someone here did the swap and can share the info will be running it 100% stock

I have seen some people have purchased a custom one piece drive shaft that are balanced from the manufacturer. I do not know the companys name but it would simply be a bolt on part if they make it for you-and no vibrations since they balance it.

I will be definitely interested in getting 1 custom made. Cause here we don't have those equipment to balance shafts. But I don't know how to go about getting this done and ship to me. I am hoping someone here have don the swap to there is200. I need to know length of shaft the 1jzgte auto tranne use is the swap. My engine is not here yet and ordering the shaft now will give me a head start.
One other thing i am unclear about, what size of intercooler to get to go with the stock single turbo looking to run it 100% stock.
