2000 lexus is300 won't turn over

2000 lexus is300 won't turn over
Okay so I'm stumped.
When I turn the key nothing happens. Dash lights come on. And go off when turned to start.
Check for codes. No codes.
Battery is fine, alternator is fine. I checked the starter relay and jumped the relay. the car will turn over but no start. There is also a problem with fuel. Pump is not priming at all.
I checked all the fuses already. Tried starting it in Park and nutral. Brake switch works, nutral safety switch works.
Checked all the ecu connections as well.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help.
