does anyone know anything about PRO-1 headers? are they any good or what kind would you suggest. thanks!

hi amy... i've heard of pro-1 but i dont know much about them... i know that toyomoto has a set out and they are a proven company.. i believe srt is coming out with one too... but dont quote me on that...

but becareful..if u do get the toyomoto one, i dont think it works inconjunction with the SRT HFI unit

no prob amy... i've been doin research on this car since way back in the day when it was first introduced into japan as the altezza and then into europe as the IS200....

what are your goals for the car?? thats the first step...

speeeeeeeeed LOL i don't really want to go all out to where i have to have roll bars or anything but i do want to add some hp so that it can keep up with the best of them. whatcha think?

LOL...i feel ya... speed is very important to me as well... wuts ur budget?? wut do u want to keep up with?? wut do u want to beat? and by how much?? theres alot of options..... do u want to stay naturally aspirated or do u want to go with forced induction.??

ok see now your talking a foreign language to me. though as far as keeping up with, i wouldn't mind keeping up with or stomp the crap out of something like a mustang gt. i know if i could do that then i think i would be doing pretty decent. what do ya think? and budget, i really don't have a budget of anything at the moment i figured i would find out what would work the best for me find the best deal and then save up for it. that way if i don't have the money now i won't just blow it on the first thing i find.

i hear ya.. i've beaten mustang gt's with the srt hfi and hks hiper exhaust.. along with good driving.... it wasn't a kill, but i would pull a little bit each gear.... if u really wanna beat them, i would suggest at least a stage 1 turbo... thats truly the only way to go... it will make u competitive with an e46 M3..

NICE!!! sounds great! what kind of stage 1 turbo, or are there others?
